1. General

By using our website or booking a shuttle service with Hills to Hills, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by us.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings made through our website require full payment at the time of booking.
Some services cannot be booked through our website. Contact us to arrange those services and payment.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Contact us to cancel a booking and arrange credit.

3. Service & Liability

We strive to provide timely and reliable service, but we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Drivers will wait as long as possible before departing. For airport shuttles, we try to be as flexible as you need us to be.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings during transit.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must follow driver instructions and local laws at all times.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be the responsibility of the individual or booking party.
We normally do not allow pets in our vans, but will make exceptions for (very) well-behaved dogs or pets in crates.
We do not provide infant or toddler car seats.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations must be requested by contacting us.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information except as required to process your booking or as mandated by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
